All Uk parcels will be processed within 1-3 business days via Evri's next day delivery service.

In the event the item is refused, we shall refund you for the full product price and not the shipping cost incurred. We may reship your parcel. If you believe it wasn't delivered and it wasn't your fault, contact us to arrange a redelivery/ full refund.
